Operations & Deliveries:
All deliveries will be shipped by territory in 3 business days.
Delivery charges differ by Area. Please contact us directly for your delivery Charges.
Area 1: North Jersey
Area 2: South Jersey, Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island
Area 3: Long Island, Upstate NY, South Jersey, CT
Area 4: Pennsylvania, North CT
Area 5: Massachusetts
All deliveries are curbside only. Our drivers are not permitted under any circumstances to carry or to transport materials inside any premises.
There will be additional charges for Job site deliveries.
For same day FedEx deliveries, the orders must be confirmed before 1.30 pm. Addition to FedEx charges there will be an extra charge for handling.
Pick Up Hours:
Hours for pick up at our location are Monday-Friday 10.00am - 3pm.
Installation:
Please advise your clients in the importance of having a professional installer with the proper understanding of correct installation techniques.
No warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties arising from course of dealing, usage, or trade, are made regarding the information, recommendations and descriptions contained within the product catalogue. ART Stone Source, LLC is not responsible and will not be held liable in contract or court including negligence, strict liability, consumer protection statues or otherwise for any special, indirect or consequential damages, including injury or damage caused to persons to heed caution or safety warnings. Once the product is installed, the company assumes no further responsibility for the product for any reason whatsoever. In addition, ART Stone Source makes no recommendation concerning the installation method of the product and assumes no responsibility for the method or type of installation used. ART Stone Source makes no other guarantee or warranty of the products for it's' suitability for a particular purpose and specifically disclaims all such warranties not expressly given ART Stone Source, LLC.
In order to ensure complete customer satisfaction, and a good working relationship, we feel it is necessary to advice of our "Natural Product Disclaimer". You should expect, when purchasing natural stone products, varying gradations of color, veining, and shading. These are inherent to the stone industry, and are what makes natural stone so beautiful and unique. Therefore, the stone that is shipped may have subtle shade variation and should not be expected be a direct match to our sample. We feel it is imperative that this is communicated to the client prior to selection. ART Stone Source is not able to make any commitments regarding exact color or shade variations.

We are open for business Monday-Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm.
Samples:
Field tile samples are provided at no charge, if an order is placed within 30 days for this material. Delivery charges will apply to purchase, if made. All display samples will be billed at a discounted rate.
Orders:
To place an order please fax your purchase orders to (973) 365- 4077 or email info@artstonesource.com. You will receive an order confirmation within 1 business day.

Cancelling Confirmed Orders:
You may cancel a confirmed order before it is delivered. After the delivery is made, your company will be billed only for the shipping and handling charges.
Purchasers acknowledge that they will immediately open and throughly inspect all materials picked up or delivered from ART Stone Source. We allow a 7 ( seven ) days window from pick up/delivery to inspect, approve or refuse the order. Please contact our office within the 7 day window, in writing, to advise rejection of order. Failure to comply, and request our RMA infers customer approval. All returned product will have the original proof of purchase and RMA ( Returned Material Authorization ) issued by ART Stone Source, LLC. Please note: we can only accept full original boxes/crates that are in re-sellable condition, and are subject to inspection by Art Stone Source. Unfortunately, we have to institute a 25% restocking fee for all returns.
Credit Terms and Payment Conditions:
ART Stone Source will accept payments in cash and by check. We accept major credit cards, applying a 3% credit card processing fee. Please ask us for the credit card application form so that can be emailed to you. All sales are made on a C.O.D basis, unless prior arrangements are made with our credit department. If your account is past due, ART Stone Source reserves the right to place your order on hold and/or adjust your payment terms to C.O.D. until the account is paid in full.
